A point-in-time check of every child's paperwork, ready to print or export for a review visit. Children without a current enrollment form are locked out of meal claims automatically.

- The right access for each person. Administrators see everything. Staff see the roster, form dates and their own classroom's meal sheets. Household income, case numbers, ethnicity and race are never sent to their device.
- Encrypted at rest. Income figures and assistance case numbers are encrypted with AES-256 before they reach the database.
- A full audit trail. Every create, update and delete is logged with who, when, which fields and from where. Values are never logged.
- Close the month. Once a claim is filed, close the month and its meal counts are frozen for everyone until an administrator reopens it.
- Each center kept separate. A sponsor can run many centers, and each one's children, meals and menus stay in its own account.
